Here are the answers to some of the questions we often receive. If we haven’t answered your query, please feel free to email us.

What happens to any calls I receive out of hours?

Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm. Dependent upon package, there is an out of hours dedicated voice mail with remote access via a secure pin. Alternatively, we can divert calls to a number of your choice.

Will my business name always be used for my incoming calls?

Yes. Your details automatically come up on our system when the call is received, along with details of any further specific requirements.

What happens if my PA is already busy on another call?

Don’t worry, the caller won’t get an engaged tone! She works in a small dedicated team, all of whom will be familiar with your business allowing them to answer in confidence.

Can you handle fax messages for me?

A dedicated fax line can be set up. And then we email you the fax, so you have it saved electronically.

Can I have more than one Business Line?

Many clients take advantage of multiple lines in response to a short term promotion they may be running. Others like to have regional numbers.

Can I divert my calls from different locations?

Yes of course. You can divert from multiple locations – your mobile, office or home phone, or even all three of them.

What else can my PA help me with apart from answering my calls?

How much does it cost to forward messages to my mobile?

You’re simply charged by the minute at the standard rate.

Do I need to commit to a long term contract?

No. Our agreement is run on a monthly basis, so you are totally flexible.

What about confidentiality?

It’s guaranteed. All our PA’s are fully trained to deal with each call professionally, so callers are never aware your business works from Your Professional PA’s offices.
